OUR WORK & Services
Community is at the heart of everything we do. We firmly believe that a strong support network can make a world of difference in someone's mental health journey. Through our organisation, we bring together individuals who may be experiencing or have experienced feelings of isolation, loneliness, violence, abuse and mental health issues. Our inclusive approach ensures that everyone, regardless of economic background, can access the benefits of sports and community support
By offering free projects and external affordable workshops and training, we create a supportive network, striving to break down barriers and empower individuals to prioritise their well-being, fostering resilience and hope in their lives.

we are excited to officially announce the launch our Girls & Women’s Mental Health Football Team, who are proudly supported by octopus energy.
This initiative is about about creating that safe, welcoming, and pressure free space for women and girls to enjoy the game without the anxiety or burden of rigid commitments.
There’s no need to commit week in, week out. Instead, we offer a space where you can participate as and when you feel ready. Whether it’s joining for a casual game, attending a fun training session, or simply being part of the team environment, this is a resource you can rely on whenever you need it most.

Our programme is currently open to girls aged 12-17 and women aged 18+, creating an inclusive environment where we are united not just by the game, but by a shared commitment to nurturing our mental health and wellbeing. This team is part of a broader vision one that also includes our mental health support programmes similar to our free self defence classes and women’s forum.
Together, we’re building a community where women and girls can reclaim their confidence, their joy, and their strength in a supportive environment.
