The Men & Women's Forum provides a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for men and women to come together, share experiences and have open and honest conversations about issues affecting their lives, relationships and wellbeing.

Building on our existing monthly Men's and Women's Forums, Saving Souls Hub is introducing a quarterly joint Men's & Women's Forum, bringing both groups together to encourage greater understanding, positive communication and stronger connections.

The quarterly sessions will provide an opportunity to explore different perspectives and discuss topics such as mental health, relationships, family life and everyday challenges in a respectful, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Our aim is to break down barriers, challenge misconceptions and move away from the division often seen in conversations between men and women. We want to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves, listening to others and learning from different experiences.

Through open discussion and shared experiences, we hope to promote better understanding, improve wellbeing, strengthen relationships and build a more connected community.
