THE FAMILY CIRCLE
First Monday of every month 10am-11am
Location: BELLINGHAM LEISURE CENTRE
5 RANDLESDOWN rOAD lONDON
SE6 3BT
The Family Circle is a monthly gathering designed to support those who care for loved ones with visible or hidden additional needs. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of YOUNG CHILDREN WITH neurodiversity NEEDS, physical disabilities or mental health struggles in someone close to you, this space is here for you.
Held on the first Monday of every month, it’s a gentle, judgment-free circle where you can share, listen, or simply breathe. The focus is on well-being, connection, and reminding carers that their own mental and emotional health matters too.
Sometimes you need somewhere to go where people just get it — this is that place.
