Location: BELLINGHAM LEISURE CENTRE

The Family Circle is a monthly gathering designed to support those who care for loved ones with visible or hidden additional needs. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of YOUNG CHILDREN WITH neurodiversity NEEDS, physical disabilities or mental health struggles in someone close to you, this space is here for you.

Held on the third Monday of every month, it’s a gentle, judgment-free circle where you can share, listen, or simply breathe. The focus is on well-being, connection, and reminding carers that their own mental and emotional health matters too.

Sometimes you need somewhere to go where people just get it — this is that place.

For a lot of young men, turning 18 means support suddenly disappears and Potentially you can end up feeling lost in the system with nowhere just to exist, connect, or breathe.

That’s why we’ve created Social Safe Space a free, weekly drop in for men aged 18–25.

This isn’t therapy. There’s no pressure to talk.
No expectations to be anything other than yourself.

Just a safe space to:

- Play games

- Chill & relax

- Do your coursework

- Build brotherhood

- Protect your mental wellbeing

Led by music Artist psychs, this space is about young men coming together and creating community with each other, not being told who to be. Who better to run this space none other than psychs himself

If you’re 18–25 and feel like you’ve been left behind this space was made for you.

No judgement. No labels. Just real ones.
